The goal of the contest is to write the most exciting computer game in just 10 lines of BASIC, without machine code subroutines. There are three categories limiting the maximum line length allowed: PUR-80, PUR-120, and PUR-256. There is also SCHAU-256 category for non-game software, and WILD for submissions not fitting into any other category. Program should run on a 8-bit computer — such as Atari, for which an emulator exists.
